With Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG given the “OK” for production, Audi appears to be following suit with the e-tron electric concept.  The car first appeared at last months Frankfurt Auto Show where some people were skeptical if this would even make it to dealerships.

Silver, black, blue, hell even burnt orange is a decent color.  But when you see these morons driving around in these ridiculous colors, all I can think of is the hope that the car and the idiot driver who chose the color or painted it that way, crashes over a cliff and dies a horrible [...]

Audi is developing a lightweight prototype of it’s Audi A5 Coupe.  The difference on this car?  It’s 100kg lighter than a standard A5 coupe due to using aluminum and carbon fiber instead of steel.

It appears that Audi is planning to discontinue all development of their V10 engines.  These same engines types are located in some of their top models, including their supercar, the Audi R8.  One particular version that’s found in the Audi RS6 is already scheduled to no longer be produced.
