In order to close the deal to purchase Saab from General Motors, it was announced late yesterday that Koenigsegg was guaranteed $610 Million from the European Investment Bank that the automaker requested.

Lancia and Chrysler, both owned by Fiat-Chrysler, will now share all future models between the two brands, starting with the upcoming Chrysler 300-based flagship which will be re-badged to replace the recently discontinued Lancia Thesis.

Car News – Saturn/Penske Deal Terminated

Yesterday we announced that Penske Automotive Group would be sealing the deal to purchase the popular Saturn brand away from General Motors.  It appears now that although Penske tried very hard, they were not able to get preparations made to keep Saturn on the market.
