It’s been a little while since we’ve seen any decent sports cars come out from Toyota.  However, at the very bare Tokyo Car Show this year they revealed a new concept called the FT-86.

With Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG given the “OK” for production, Audi appears to be following suit with the e-tron electric concept.  The car first appeared at last months Frankfurt Auto Show where some people were skeptical if this would even make it to dealerships.

Jaguar is looking to create competition for the the Audi A5 Sportback and BMW 5-Series GT with a new five door coupe.  Codenamed the RD7, it will replace the current X-Type in Jaguar’s lineup of vehicles.

The first CR-Z was first shown about 2 years ago at the Tokyo Auto Show.  This year Honda revealed it’s latest version of the eco-friendly coupe.  It is set to take the stage at the 2009 Tokyo Auto Show next month.
