
Saab 9-5 Flagship
Saab, now an independent automaker since their sale to Koenigsegg Group AB from General Motors, has released details on their redesigned 9-5 Flagship. A car that the company has said is crucial to the brand’s success.
“This car is the start of a new era for our brand,” Saab Managing Director Jan-Ake Jonsson said in a statement.
Saab said that the 9-5 Flagship is the most advanced car they have ever produced. Some of the features it plans to have is a aircraft inspired head up information display, adaptive cruise control, parking assistance, all wheel drive, and bi-xenon adaptive headlights. It will be offered in gasoline, diesel, and E85 bioethonal 4 cylinder turbocharged engines.
