
Nissan Fairlady Z 40th Anniversary Edition
Nissan, in honor of it’s 40th anniversary, has announced they are releasing a special edition Fairlady Z, also known as the Nissan 370Z. Called the Nissan Fairlady Z 40th Anniversary Edition, the vehicle commemorates the October, 1969 market launch.
The Nissan Fairlady Z 40th Anniversary Edition, based on the Version ST which is available in Japan, has a some of “special touches” to the interior and exterior. Inside it comes with a unique leather and suede trim on the seats and doors, accented by red stitching on the seats, steering wheel, shifter, console boot, and even the instrument panel upper box.

On the exterior, it has the Special 40th Anniversary Edition emblem on it. The engine remains unchanged, but is does have new 19-inch RAYS wheels in a dark chrome color. It also has new upgraded brakes that have a red finish. It also comes in either a 6-speed manual or seven-speed automatic. The car’s signature color will be Metal Gray, but can also be purchased in either Deep Maroon, Brilliant White Pearl, Brade Silver, Diamond Black, and Vibrant Red.
There is no word if the Nissan Fairlady Z 40th Anniversary Edition will be heading to North America, but is rumored to be coming sometime next year. It will have a price tag of just under $50,000 in Japan.
