
2011 McLaren MP4-12C
McLaren Automotive announced on Wednesday that it will be setting up several different global markets. One of these locations include North America. There is also confirmation that the MP4-12C, which was a huge hit at the Frankfurt Auto Show, will be available in the U.S. as well.
The company will base it’s North American headquarters out of New York and will be under the control of Anthony Joseph, former Porsche, Ferrari and Maserati regional head. There will also be regional directors setup in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Joseph’s position will be to setup 10 McLaren retail operations in the United States and Canada.
McLaren is also confirming that the MP4-12C, which was debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show, will also be made available at each of the retail operations. However, there is no current word on where each of these new operations will be located, but is estimated to be around 2011 when the MP4-12C becomes available.
