Lexus recently revealed the new 2010 ES 350, which appears to have had some slight design changes compared to previous generations.  Both the front and the rear are different, along with more safety features and different interior trim.

The ES 350 still has the automakers 272-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 with six speed automatic transmission.  As a matter of fact, there doesn’t appear to be any mechanical changes at all.  All the differences appear to be in the appearance.

Lexus completely redesigned the headlights, tail lamps, and even changed the grille set on the front.  Other changes include chrome lower body side molding, side mirrors with integrated turn signals, and a new styled wheel design.

Inside, the ES 350 has a new steering wheel with controls.  It also has new interior trim color options, accented by a wood veneer.  Optional navigation system with XM Radio’s NavTraffic and NavWeather services is also available. Bluetooth will be standard as well.

New safety features include front, rear seat side impact airbags which come standard.  Lexus’ Safety Connect telematics system will come with a one year activation, while the more comprehensive Lexus Enform system is bundled with navigation.

The price on this new Lexus starts at $35,675 and is expected to hit dealerships later this month.
