Lamborghini Reventón Roadster
Last week we gave you news of the Lamborghini Reventón Roadster that had some details and pictures leaked on the internet before it’s unveiling at the Frankfurt Car Show. Today, Lamborghini displayed the car and has released some details about this new supercar.
The Lamborghini Reventón Roadster will get the LP670-4 SuperVeloce’s 670-horsepower, 6.5-liter V12, as well as its upgraded all-wheel-drive system. It’s capable of a top speed of 220-mph. Not like the original Reventon, the Roadster will be based on the LP670-4 SuperVeloce, although it will have the same aircraft-inspired style of the hardtop.
The Lamborghini Reventón Roadster will be available only for a short period of time, and is expected to go into production in the coming months. Estimated costs of the vehicle at the moment are set to be around $1,600,000. Currently only 9 production models are slated to be released with more to come in the short period it’s out.
