2010 Ford Fiesta
Coming this December, the new U.S. version of the Ford Fiesta will debut at the LA Auto Show. Originally there were only European and Chinese models available, but the U.S. version has a slightly different appearance due to the federal crash requirements.
The main change will be the slightly larger bumpers in the front and rear of the Fiesta, but should not be completely noticeable. Any other changes will be very minor. According to Ford, more than 50,000 people have expressed interest since they launched the “Fiesta Movement” back in May. More important is that 97 percent of that number are from people who don’t even own a Ford.
“This is the perfect time to show the North American Fiesta,” said Sam De La Garza, Ford Fiesta marketing manager. “The Fiesta Movement will have wrapped up, and after hearing so much about this car leading up to the reveal, everyone will finally get to see what we are so excited about.”
The latest model of the Ford Fiesta hit showrooms globally last fall, and sold about 340,000 units.

I think this new Fiesta is very nice but it shows how expensive new cars can be…a few years ago these would have run you around $13,000 topped out now they are creeping into midsize sedan price…that will be the deal breaker for most people.
