
2010 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup Race Car
Porsche today revealed their new 911 GT3 Cup factory race car, which is based on the 911GT3 RS. The GT3 Cup features a larger rear wing, wider rear body, and lower front spoiler lip.
The 911 GT3 Cup comes with light-alloy 18-inch wheels, a fully controlled catalytic converter, a specially designed exhaust system, adjustable front and rear anti-roll bars, and optional ceramic composite brakes. Overall, the vehicle only weighs 2,646 lbs. The engine is a 3.8-liter six-cylinder that produces 450 bhp at 8,500 rpm, can go 0-60 in less than four seconds, and has a top speed of 195mph.
Available exclusively in Carrara White, the 911 GT3 Cup will be launched this October with prices starting at $213,350.

I want one. I think they should offer it in other colors than white however. Yes it looks good buuuut there are other colors that look better IMHO.
Any clue on what they will be limiting production numbers to?

Porsche has not said yet. I imagine they would be aiming for a number above the 1,400 units that sold already of the 911 GT3 RS.
