2010 Audi R8 Spyder
Today the 2010 Audi R8 Spyder finally got released at the Frankfurt Car Show. 2 weeks ago we released information that was leaked on this car, along with news that it is going to be featured in the new Iron Man II movie. We will now give you new details on what this car has.
The Audi R8 Spyder will be powered exclusively with a V10 engine, capable of pushing 525hp at 8,000 rpm with 391 pound-feet is achieved at 6,500 rpm. It will do 0-62 mph takes just 4.1 seconds, while accelerating to 124 mph in 12.7-seconds, and has a top speed of 195mph. It will also come with 6-speed R-Tronic manual transmission. The roof will be a soft-top and will be fully automated, which can open or close in as little as 19 seconds.
Sales are expected to begin in early 2010. The price tag announced is 156,400 euros. U.S. pricing has yet to be announced.
